Compliance with Laws

Prohibited Activities

In using our services, you specifically agree not to:

• B. Use the services to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• C. Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks, or breach security or authentication measures

• E. Forge headers or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through our services
• F. Use our services to develop competing products or services, or for competitive analysis purposes

Content Guidelines

• Does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Does not violate any person's rights of privacy or publicity
• Does not contain viruses, malware, or other harmful components
• Complies with all applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legal Tech, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo, Japan.

By using our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue in these courts on the grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.

Dispute Resolution Procedures

In the event of any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to the following dispute resolution process:

• Step 1: Good Faith Negotiation - The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations
• Step 2: Mediation - If negotiations fail, the parties may agree to participate in mediation before a mutually acceptable mediator
• Step 3: Litigation - If mediation is unsuccessful or not pursued, either party may initiate legal proceedings in the appropriate court

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on our services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Legal Tech regarding your use of our services.

These terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Legal Tech with respect to our services.

Waiver and Assignment

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions or any rights granted hereunder, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms at any time without restriction.

Terms Modification Policy

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
